Construction and Real Estate
Construction and real estate law covers all the legal relationships involved in the construction and sale of real estate. It encompasses both the work of small and medium-sized companies on small and large-scale sites, as well as the supervision of the work in question, and the drawing up of plans by the architect. A multi-disciplinary approach is essential to understand the interplay between the various contracts involved (mandate, contractor), as well as the owner’s relationship with the State (building permits, etc.).
