Melany Hussein holds a Bachelor’s degree in law and a Master’s degree in law from the University of Neuchâtel.
She joined the team as a trainee lawyer under the supervision of Yann Oppliger on September 1, 2023, having previously worked as a legal assistant to her current training supervisor and as a trainee lawyer at the Federal Office of Justice in Berne, in the field of international mutual assistance in criminal matters.
Her practice focuses on a wide range of legal fields, including criminal law, contract law, administrative law, family law, human rights law, inheritance law, corporate law and more.
She intends to promote a generalist approach to the profession, so her legal training covers both out-of-court and in-court litigation.
