Philippe Grivat is passionate about digitalisation and technological innovation, and focuses his practice on intellectual property, data protection, blockchain, contract law and commercial law.
After qualifying as a barrister, he worked as an associate in a Lausanne law firm specialising in intellectual property, mainly for clients in the watchmaking and MedTech sectors.
Alongside his practice, he is the co-founder and CEO of a LegalTech start-up, LegalPass, which aims to make the law accessible to all through new technologies.
As an entrepreneur, he favours pragmatic approaches over pure legal theory and never loses sight of his clients’ strategic and economic challenges.
