Rural propety law

The relationship between farmers, landowners and the State is governed by rural property law. This area is governed by federal regulations (rural propety law, agricultural lease law, etc.) and cantonal regulations (Vaud rural protety law, Rural and Land Code, etc.). These laws are designed to protect family farms and individual farmers.
